Registration & Accommodations
Thank you for considering participating in WOODRISE 2021 BUSINESS SESSION (hereinafter called "this conference").
If you registered to WOODRISE 2021 KYOTO(hereinafter called “Kyoto conference”), you can participate in this conference with no additional registration fee.
Overseas people can participate in this conference by paying the registration fee, even if those who did not participate in the Kyoto conference.
Please check the following details and apply from “Registration / Accommodation” at the bottom of this page.
1. Pre-registration
1)Pre-registration Period
From noon on Monday, March 7, 2022 to noon on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 [JST(GMT+9)]
2)Registration Fee (who registered for the Kyoto conference)
You can participate in the 2022 event with no additional registration fee.
Gala dinner and Technical Tours are not included in registration fee. For further details, please refer to the following sections, “2. Gala Dinner” and “3. Technical Tours”.
Please register participation or non-participation from “Registration / Accommodation” at the bottom of this page.

5)Notice
- A name card which has been modified by the registrant will not be permitted.
- All the participants are required to wear their name card provided in venue.
- Further information will be announced on this website or by e-mails.

- Participation to Welcome Lounge & Small EXPO
- Access to the B to B Meeting
- Lunch and coffee breaks
*Accompanying person cannot attend Thematic Presentations.
7)Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration Fees
Please note that cancellations are not accepted after registration completed. Registration fees, etc. are non-refundable.
Even if you do not participate in this conference, the registration fee paid for the Kyoto conference will not be refunded.

3. Technical Tours

*Some courses start applications in April.
*Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed once the capacity is reached.

3)Cancellation and Refund Policy for Technical Tour Fee
In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.

5. Payment Methods
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express or Diners are accepted.

1)Who participated in WOODRISE 2021 KYOTO
Participants of the Kyoto conference, please proceed to the following “Registration / Accommodation” button. Log in ID and Password are informed in the email sent out on March 7, 2022.
Registration and accommodation has been closed.
2)Who did not participate in WOODRISE 2021 KYOTO
